Information Collected

The ActivePet.com website collects information required to process and ship orders to our customers.  This information includes name, address, phone number, email address and payment information.  In addition, ActivePet collects email and some personal information if you elect to receive the Newsletter or agree to be on the mailing list.

Information Usage

Personal information including email addresses collected for the newsletter or mailing list and for order processing purposes is never sold or distributed for usage by a third party.  Credit card information including credit card numbers are not stored by ActivePet.com.  Customer's email addresses will be used by ActivePet.com to send electronic purchase receipts and order status updates.  Occasionally a customer will receive an email with special offers from ActivePet.com.  All Newsletters and special offer emails will have an opt-out option.

Information Supplied to Third Parties

ActivePet has several partnerships with third party companies which can be reached by linking from the ActivePet.com web site.  Information supplied to these third party sites is handled as identified by those companies.
